Years ago I bought a pair of these for an archos mp3 player. That died and they came with me to a walkman phone as I couldnt get those to fit inside my ear. They give good sound without blocking out all background noise. This might be a good or a bad point, it depends on how much you want to hear things like cars when you're walking around.
After about 4 years the sound died on one side, so I bought a new pair :)

My daughter loves these and they go well with her MP3 player. Colour suits her (pink) and they seem to be durable. Good sound.

The sound is very good given the price, and the earphones look really good. However, when compared to other brands, namelly apple, they're remarkably unconfortable, fall out all the time, and the earbuds that you can add to it (ther're included) are somewhat irritating on the skin. Really regret buying these...

I would really recommend these. I have them for my iPod after the original pair failed. These look great, feel good (nice fit) and the sound is really great on them. I can't fault them at all.

I listen uniquely to podcasts on my nano 2nd G, and use these particular earphones while I walk my small dog - ie in all weathers. The speach/sound is great for my needs, but since I'm not an audio nerd, I'm no reference.
The cable is long so it goes inside my clothes to the pocket of my slacks, yes, people still wear slacks. The pink stalks on the earpieces are curved, so it's easy to know which is left or right (the L and the R are subtly marked) and they sit firmly in my ears, although beware, everyone's ears are different...
