Ordered this item as a Mother's Day gift. Due to her dexterity,I thought the buttons on the SIDE would be far easier for my mother to manipulate. However, the buttons are on the BACK and rather SMALL.
If she is unable to use these buttons I will pass it on to my wife/daughter and order a different item.

couldnt get device to work, instructions are not very clear. PC doesnt always acknowledge the USB device and when u do get to interface with the software it prompts you to restart your PC.
wouldnt recommend this product to anyone.

Does what it says on the tin. Bought this for my Dad for Xmas, loaded it with photos before I gave it to him. Software is on the keyring itself and activates when you connect to your PC via USB (provided). Easy to use software, and results are really pleasing.
