No problems, fast, efficent service. Headphones are as described. Only thing I would say is that the length of the cable is shorter than the headphones I got with my iPod Touch, don't know why Apple would shorten the cable.

Bought this headphone thinking that the remote will be able to increase not only the volume but all so you can forward to the next song as well when you have shuffle settings on. The sound was good but I wish it's a bit longer!
