Bought it for my mother who is a bit of a technophobe and within 5 minutes she was playing with all the settings. Admittedly she struggled with how to put the photos on it in the first place but that really says more about her then the product! Overall really good.

Very nice frame good combination of picture settings, clock and calendar, however lacks an internal battery so if there is a power cut or it accidently gets switched off it doesn't hold the settings you have chosen and of course forgets the time and date as well. Other than than it is excellent for the price. Very easy to use.

Bought this frame for Xmas. It arrived and I didn't have a chance to try it until I got back from holiday.
Tried turning it on it is DOA. How dissapointing for a new Sony product!
I've also missed the returns window, so now I need to find a way of getting this repaired! Very frustrating.
