This Philips is a great buy. Excellent quality and 4:3 format is the best for pictures. Good Looking frame. Highly recommended product!

"Good value, nice looking product. A little tricky to setup." 2010-02-08
By J. Manley (London)
The frame looks nice and was good value. It can also handle a large amount of photos. The settings and controls on the back are a little clunky so we had to spend quite a bit of time getting our photos in the right place. But we got there in the end and they look great.

 "More than a frame" 2010-02-06

I bought this 7' Philips digital photo frame for my parents for Christmas and they love it. They have it in pride of place in their lounge with holiday and family pictures on it. It gives a clear and colourful picture and they appear every few seconds in different ways, e.g. expanding from the middle or sliding in from the side. It is lovely to watch and is as entertaining as the TV.

"Philips 7" photo frame - a couple of changes and near perfect" 2010-02-05
By JayDee (Cheltenham, UK)
Bought this as a present for my aged parents. Loaded photos onto a 4Gb USB stick including old scanned black & white photos. All 'easy peasy' and parents found it no problems to use. Photo quality is very good - like the way it changes from one image to the next. Only minor criticism is that I couldn't work out how (or if) you can change the time before it moves onto the next photo. Seems to be preset at about 5 seconds and that is too quick when wanting to look at a group photo to pick out individuals. If this could be changed then that would be great. Only other comment is that, with hindsight, perhaps should have gone for a larger display. 7" is fine when you are close to the frame or holding it in your hand but when say on a shelf or at a distance of say 6' or more then really the display size should be bigger. Overall plenty of features and quality is excellent - value for money compared to others I looked at. If Philips can tell me how to adjust the default time between images then I'll be very happy.
