Very pleased with this product, the picture quality is good for the price paid. I wasnt after anything really expensive and of highh quality so this was perfect. It was a present for someone and they really like it. looks very good on the coffe table :).

I purchased 2 of these items and one was faulty, the screen was broken. I found the returns process lengthy and had to fight to get a refund instead of a replacement, I am still waiting for my refund. Not as good as buying from Amazon direct, their refund policy is straightforward and simple.

I returned the product as soon as it arrived. Was not happy with any of the features. Found something much better for only a little extra money.

I'm not an expert but the picture quality look's perfectly fine to me. I did look at other digital photo frames and the picture quality was similar but the price was twice or three times as much so I would say this one is good value for money. My only grump is the adaptor wire is to short.
