My brother bought me a Pink iPod for Xmas but Apples earphones that came with it don't properly stay fixed in the ear. I read the reviews on here coupled with the colour (which matches my iPod perfectly), I decided to buy. These come with a choice of different sized ear adapters, one of which perfectly fits. I can now go for long strolls in Kensington Gardens without my earphones falling down. Great value for money.

Having received these headphones several weeks ago I am pleased to report that they are excellent sound quality and very comfortable. I am unable to use the i pod headphones as they fall out of my ears but sennheiser have three different attachments which mean you can choose the size that fits you and now I can do my work with them firmly in my ears. Also, it blocks the sounds outside the ear so the clarity of music plus audiobooks is much improved.



I give them top marks and would recommend them unreservedly. Also, the price on the Amazon Site and Marketplace options are much better than getting them from High St outlets such as Argos etc.

I bought these to use with my Sansa Fuza mp3 player and the sound is amazing, as all the reviews I read before purchasing had indicated, a great improvement on the headphones that came with my player. The bass is good, sound separation admirable and in re-visiting old favourite songs I've heard elements in the instrumentation I never noticed before, such is the clarity. Definitely recommended.



I want to add though that if you've never worn earbud style headphones before you would do well to google for "how to wear earbuds" and find a handy video showing how to insert them for best effect - I was initially very disappointed with them because they hurt and sounded tinny and unpleasant, but there is a definite knack to seating them correctly in the ear and its well worth taking the time to find that out!

It was well presented in its packaging and as expected came with different sized heads for the earphones. Sadly, in my own experience the product did not meet my expectations. I didn't find the earphones particularly comfortable and the sound quality did not seem any better than the standard earphones I had hoped they would replace. I didn't notice any significant increase in sound quality- though in fairness, I am using a Sansa Fuze with customised firmware from 'Rockbox'- and as for the 'noise isolation,' this certainly wasn't what I expected. It simply didn't block out external noises and the icing on the cake was the sound being distorted each time I made contact with the jack end of the headphones. Some reviews mentioned this, but that this was a problem within minutes of using the product, I decided it wasn't for me. These were aweful." 2010-05-25 By Sol Gibson (Scotland) If I had to use one word to describe the CX300II headphones that word would be PISH. Dont buy these CX300II headphones, buy the cheaper CX300's which are excellent value for money as they sound far superior. On the sound cancelling more expensive model, there is a major flaw. I call it body noise, put your fingers in your ears and listen, now try walking, chewing, moving around, breathing, loud huh? Useless. I dunno why; but the cheaper CX300's dont have this problem, maybe its cos there is some background noise leaking through or they dont isolate your ears so much but with this product it is aweful. I bought theCX300II's thinking, I've tried CX300's, these must be even better....they aint. When you are stationary they sound exactly the same as the CX300 but with greater heavy breathing, chewing, swallowing, farting body noises amplified directly to your ears. I have to say one final design flaw was the cable jack. Yes it is more durable than the CX300 jack, its gold, but look how far it sticks out from my MP3 player...not tidy, and not pocket friendly. BOOOO! I'm sorry Sennheiser, till now every product I have bought has been very high quality and great value. First off, sound is much better that originals due to the phones going into the ear canal. More bass and more detail in sound. The wires are the thinnest things I have seen and I can see that if you give them a good tug, they may come away from the phones. I am careful so should not be a problem. When phones are worn but listening to very quiet music, you can hear the wires rubbing against your clothes, or flick the wire by accident and you can hear it, but that is due to being in the ear canal, everything is magnified. Asymmetrical cable is a marmite thing.....love it or hate it. It is quite a long cable so not a major issue so far, but I prefer symmetrical really.
